The Scope of Work
Fidelity were approached by Antreas Ioannou Architects prior to their Head Office relocation to review their equipment and IT infrastructure. Following a site survey and discussion with the management a details proposal and roadmap was provided.

The Approach and Service Provided
Antreas Ioannou Architects based in Paphos have designed many outstanding projects over the last few years and their success resulted in the need for larger premises. Moving their head office required planning and provided the opportunity for them to update and improve their existing IT infrastructure.
Summary
Equipment and Infrastructure upgrades consisted of the following:
Wifi Speed & Coverage
- Installation of the required hardware to ensure a fast Wifi speed together with total coverage through the Head Office
Workstations & Server
- The replacement of the current server with NAS storage
- Reviewed all workstations and replaced or upgraded as necessary
- Replaced current monitors with larger more energy effect monitors
Software
- Setup and configured the Corporate Office 365 platform
- Updated all PC’s with the credentials for the newly created email addresses
- Updated all PC’s with ESET Antivirus Protection
Backup
- Setup and configured the Protocols for Offsite and Cloud backups.
